Sesame Almond Cookies

Ingredients:

   •   ¾ cup sesame seeds

   •   ½ cup almond flour

   •   1 teaspoon baking powder

   •   Pinch of salt

   •   ½ cup tahini

   •   ¼ cup pure maple syrup

   •   2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix together the sesame seeds, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. Add the tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.

4. Roll small balls of dough between your hands, then gently flatten each one.

5. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet.

6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly golden.

7. Let cool completely before serving. The cookies will firm up as they cool.
