Homemade Crackers

These savory, seed-packed crackers are a delicious and wholesome alternative to store-bought snacks. Made with almond flour, olive oil, and your choice of herbs or spices, they’re rich in flavor and crunch—perfect for dipping or enjoying on their own. Quick to make and naturally gluten-free, they’re a great go-to for healthy snacking!

Ingredients:

1 Egg

50g Olive oil 

150g Almond Flour

20g Sesame 

15g Sunflower seeds 

15g Pumpkin seeds 

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp One of the following spices:  Oregano/Thyme/Garlic powder/Onion powder 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350*

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. 

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into an even layer.

Use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into diamond shapes.

Remove top parchment paper and place the dough onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.  Cool before serving.
