In a Food processor grind:
15 pitted dates
2 Tbs coconut oil (melted)
1 Tsp almond butter
Place in a bowl
Grind a handful of each:
Walnut/cashew/pecans/macadamia or any combination of nuts and add to the bowl.
In addition, add:
1/4 cup pure cocoa powder
2 Tbs cocoa nibs/chips
1 Tbs coconut milk.
Mix all ingredients and form into small balls.
Roll in unsweetened shredded coconut and place in freezer for at least an hour. Keep refrigerated.
